All ingredients must be prepared.
In a bowl, mix flour with paprika, curry, Provencal herbs and salt.
Cut chicken fillet into strips. Next, add the chicken to the bowl with flour and mix everything well.
Heat a frying pan with butter, and put the chicken on it, fry for 7-10 minutes, and put it on a plate.
Chopped onion and garlic, put in the freed pan and fry for 2 minutes in vegetable oil (1 tbsp)
Add chopped mushrooms to onions and garlic and fry in vegetable oil (1 tbsp) for 5-7 minutes
In the meantime, add 200 ml of water, mustard and sour cream with mayonnaise to the remaining flour with spices (you can use one sour cream 100 g), mix until smooth.
Add our prepared mixture to the champignons, stir and simmer for another 2 minutes
Then we spread the fried chicken, mix, and simmer under a lid over low heat for 5-7 minutes, voila and the chicken is ready in a creamy mustard sauce with mushrooms. Bon appetit.
