Cut the veal into small pieces.
Heat the pan and fry the meat on both sides until golden brown. Then remove the meat from the pan and set it aside.
In the same pan, add chopped onion and fry until golden.
Add the chopped mushrooms to the onions and simmer until they lose excess moisture.
Pour the cream into the pan and return the meat back. Add mustard to taste and season to your own taste with spices.
Stew the dish under the lid for a few more minutes until the meat is ready and tender.
Serve hot, with your favorite side dish, garnished with greens as desired.
