We heat the oven to 200 degrees
Cut the onion into small cubes and fry in well-heated oil until translucent.
Chop the garlic and chili pepper and add to the onion. Let's fry for another minute.
Add minced meat and fry for 5-7 minutes, or until fully cooked.
Add all the spices and continue frying until the meat becomes soft. Let the meat stuffing cool a little.
We take a sheet of filo dough, spread a spoonful of meat filling along one edge of each strip of dough.
Roll up strips of filo dough and twist them in the shape of snails.
Place the snails on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
