Cut the chicken fillet into 2-3 parts lengthwise and pound with a culinary hammer. Lubricate them with sunflower oil, sprinkle with dried dill, salt and pepper. Leave to marinate for 1-2 hours.
Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into strips, and tear the basil leaves.
Put a strip of tomato and two basil leaves on each piece of chicken. Roll the chicken with the filling into a tight roll.
Each roll is breaded in flour, then dipped in beaten eggs and finally rolled in breadcrumbs.
Fry in a pan with sunflower oil until golden on all sides.
Transfer the rolls to a ceramic baking dish, add tomato sauce and chopped parsley root.
Bake in an oven heated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
