Boil and cool potatoes and eggs.
Clean and cut into slices or half slices.
Peel and chop the onion. Wash and dry celery stalks and greens.
Cut them into small pieces. Cut pickled cucumbers into cubes or strips. For convenience, you can use a vegetable cutter.
Prepare the dressing. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, pepper and vinegar.
Mix well and let it brew until the sugar dissolves. Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and pour the dressing over them.
Mix well, add salt and taste. If necessary, adjust the filling.
Refrigerate the salad for at least an hour to allow the flavors to meld.
