Grate the carrot. Finely chop the onion.
Wash the chicken liver, grind it in a blender with eggs, milk, onion, salt and pepper.
Pour the resulting mixture into a deep bowl, add flour and mix until smooth.
Pour liver batter into a heated pan with oil, fry the cakes on both sides.
Peel the garlic and mix with mayonnaise.
Grease the first cake with mayonnaise and garlic, put carrots on it.
