Take the butter out of the fridge in advance to soften it. Peel boiled eggs without damaging the white. Cut each egg in half and remove the yolks.
For the first filling: mash the avocado with egg yolks, salt and lemon juice.
For another filling: grind the herring with onions in a blender. Add yolks and oil, mix.
For the third filling: grate cheese, add yolks and oil, mix.
For the fourth filling: mash tuna with egg yolks and onions.
Stuff the egg halves with fillings using a spoon.
Decorate the stuffed eggs with greens.
