I love cabbage, but my husband hates it. Quickly cooking it with olive oil and minced garlic is the only way he'll eat it.

Serves:
kale - 1 bunch
Olive oil Filippo Berio Olive Oil - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 1 tsp
1
Gather all the ingredients.
2
Soak the kale leaves in a large bowl of water until the dirt and sand begin to fall to the bottom, about 2 minutes. Lift the kale from the bowl without drying out the leaves, and immediately remove and discard the stems. Cut the cabbage leaves into cm size pieces.
3
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat; Cook and stir the garlic until sizzling, about 1 minute. Add the cabbage to the pan and cover the top with a lid.
4
Cook, stirring occasionally with tongs, until the cabbage is bright green and slightly tender, 5 to 7 minutes.
5
Enjoy!
