Serves:
vegetable marrow - 2 pc
Flour - 4 tbsp
Eggs - 1 pc
dried dill - 1 tsp
Sunflower oil - 4 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste

Wash 2 zucchini thoroughly. If you have young zucchini, there is no need to remove the skin. If it is already too thick, it is better to remove it so that the dish is more tender. Grate on a coarse grater.

Kill 1 egg and add salt and pepper to taste. Stir the dough.

Add 4 tbsp to the zucchini in a bowl. l. flour and 1 tsp. dried dill. If you have fresh dill, you can use that too, so the zucchini pancakes will be a little more flavorful.

Stir the mixture thoroughly for a few minutes with a spoon so that the zucchini releases some of its juice.

Heat a frying pan with sunflower oil, add a tablespoon of zucchini and fry on both sides for about 2 minutes. Serve ready-made zucchini pancakes with sour cream or natural yogurt.
