Tsvikli is a Ukrainian Easter snack made from beets and horseradish. It is traditionally served with meat dishes for Easter and Christmas. The spicy and aromatic snack perfectly complements the taste of homemade baked ham, sausage, aspic, baked duck or chicken. Tsvikli is quick and easy to prepare, you just need to prepare the beets in advance. Vegetables can be boiled until cooked or baked in foil in the oven.
