Minced chicken liver patties are made according to a very simple and proven recipe. This is a healthy and light dish that will definitely be loved by all family members. The liver patties are cooked in a skillet, and it is important not to overcook them as the liver can become too tough. Properly cooked patties, on the contrary, will delight you with their softness and tenderness. We will prepare patties with a surprise – each will have a filling of finely chopped fragrant herbs inside. This not only decorates the dish but also gives it a special aroma and taste.

Remove fat and large veins from the liver pieces, place in a colander and wash with cold water. Let all the liquid drain, then dry the liver with paper towels.
Place the liver on a work surface and cut into thin slices. Use a sharp knife to prevent the liver pieces from being crushed. Place the chopped liver in a large bowl.
Add sour cream to the liver, salt, season with dried garlic, paprika and black pepper. Mix carefully and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Remove the liver from the refrigerator. Whisk the egg until the white and yolk are combined until smooth. Add the egg to the bowl, add flour and stir.
Prepare the filling. Separate the parsley leaves from the stems. Combine with green onions and chop finely. Add 1 tbsp. l. cream cheese and stir.
In a frying pan with a diameter of 26-28 cm, heat 2-3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil. Spread the liver mass with a tablespoon. Place 1 tsp on each cutlet. fillings. Add 1 more tbsp on top. l. liver mass.
Cover the pan with a lid and fry the cutlets over medium heat for 3 minutes. Carefully flip the cutlets over to the other side, cover again and cook for another 2 minutes. Place the finished cutlets in a single layer on a plate lined with paper towels.
