Prepare all the ingredients for the smoked chicken salad with Korean carrots. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. It is better to use hard varieties.
If you are not using fillets, remove the bones and skin from the smoked chicken. Cut the meat into cubes. Place in prepared deep salad bowl.
Cucumbers, if they are young, do not need to be peeled. Cut them into cubes, just like chicken. Carefully cut the tomatoes in half and also cut into cubes. Try to keep all the ingredients roughly the same size. Cut the sweet pepper in half and remove the seeds and stem. Cut the pulp into thin strips. Add vegetables to the salad bowl and stir.
Place the canned corn in a colander and allow the liquid to drain. Can be washed. Also place the Korean carrots in a sieve, and then cut the too long strips into 2-3 pieces. Transfer the corn and Korean carrots to a salad bowl.
