The "Three Glasses" pie with berries is so simple that even a child can make it. The name itself reveals the proportions. You need to measure out equal parts of dry and liquid ingredients by using a glass each and then mix a soft dough. After that, fill the same glass with berries, add them to the dough, and bake a delicious pie. That's the whole secret. We are sure that you will want to make this dessert quite often, so our advice is: each time use different berries – currants or blueberries, raspberries or serviceberries, blackberries or strawberries. And enjoy a new flavor every time! Bon appétit!

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place a rack on the middle level. Grease a rectangular pan measuring 16x22 cm with vegetable oil and sprinkle with flour. Tilting the pan, spread the flour over the entire area and shake off the excess.
Sift the flour and baking powder into a large bowl. In another bowl, combine semolina with regular and vanilla sugar, pour in kefir and mix. Leave for 10 minutes for the semolina to swell.
Combine the flour with the kefir mass, pour in the vegetable oil and mix thoroughly with a whisk. You should end up with a dough that has a consistency similar to thick sour cream.
Sort through the berries, remove twigs, leaves and sepals. Place the berries in a colander, rinse and let the water drain. Scatter the berries on a towel and dry. Place in a bowl, add starch and mix gently, being careful not to damage the berries.
Place half of the dough into the prepared pan. Distribute the berries evenly on top. Add the remaining dough and smooth with a silicone spatula. The berries should be completely covered with dough.
Place the pie pan in the oven and bake for 40 minutes. Check doneness with a wooden skewer - insert it into the center of the pie and remove. If there is no dough left on the skewer, the pie is ready. If necessary, bake the cake for another 5-7 minutes.
Remove the pie pan from the oven, place on a board and leave for 10 minutes. When the cake has cooled slightly, carefully transfer it to a plate and let cool completely. Decorate with powdered sugar and cut into portions.
