Bean and Korean carrot salad is prepared in just 5 minutes. It is ideal for outdoor picnics, as well as in cases when you need to quickly feed guests or household members. No need to prepare anything in advance, just cut the ingredients. You can use any sausage or ham, boiled or smoked - it doesn't matter. You'll need canned red beans, but without tomato sauce. You can prepare croutons at home or buy them ready-made. Rye croutons with a garlic flavor are the most suitable for this salad. The salad is dressed with mayonnaise. You can add any greens to taste.

Prepare all the ingredients for the bean and Korean carrot salad. Place the carrots in a sieve to drain excess liquid. You can cut a long straw in half.
Drain the canned red beans, rinse under running water and let the liquid drain. Meanwhile, peel the sausage and cut into thin, uniform strips.
Cut the rye bread into long bars. It is better to cut off the crusts. Transfer the bread to a baking sheet lined with parchment and dry in the oven for about 10-11 minutes at 180°C.
In a bowl, combine the pressed garlic, vegetable oil, salt, pepper and mix. Remove the crackers, brush them with the prepared mixture and place in the oven for another 12 minutes. Cool.
Cut off the tough stems of the dill and chop the leaves very finely (no stems will be needed). In a salad bowl, combine beans, Korean carrots, smoked sausage, dill, add mayonnaise and mix.
Add rye croutons at room temperature to the salad, stir and serve immediately before they get soggy. You can decorate with green leaves.
