Cut it in half, spread slices of avocado, lightly salted fish, and tomato on the bottom half, then cover it with the top half. Rice flour - 250 g
Egg - 2 pcs.
Sugar Metro Chef Demerara brown - 1 tsp.

Place the cottage cheese in a large bowl, add the eggs, add sugar and salt. Mix the mixture until smooth using an immersion blender or mash thoroughly with a fork.
Mix rice flour with baking powder and add to the bowl with the curd mixture. Knead the dough with your hands. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Place the dough on a work surface and divide into 8 pieces. Roll each into a roll with a diameter of 1.5-2 cm and roll into a ring. Pinch the seam tightly.
Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place the bagels on the baking sheet, leaving at least 2cm of space between them.
Sprinkle bagels with sesame seeds if desired and bake on the middle rack of the oven for 20-25 minutes. Place on a wooden board, cover with a towel and leave for 10-15 minutes.
