Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place a grill on the middle level. Prepare a mold with a diameter of 22-24 cm. Grease the bottom and walls of the mold with butter and sprinkle with flour. By tapping the sides of the pan and tilting it in different directions, spread the flour evenly over the entire surface and shake off the excess.
Prepare the filling. Cut the apples in half, peel and remove the seeds. Place the halves on a board and cut into 1 cm thick slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent the apples from darkening.
Place the berries in a sieve or colander and rinse with cool water. Spread in a thin layer on a kitchen towel, remove the sepals and stalks. Leave the berries to dry a little.
Place the butter in a small saucepan and place over low heat. Heat the oil without letting it overheat for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. If there is unmelted butter left in the pan, it’s not a big deal - it will melt on its own without additional heating.
Prepare the dough. Break the eggs into a large bowl, add salt, regular sugar and vanilla. Beat with a mixer at high speed for 5-6 minutes. The mass should lighten and double in volume.
Sift flour with baking powder. Pour the mixture into a bowl with beaten eggs and mix with a mixer. Add melted butter and stir again.
Place prepared berries in a small bowl and sprinkle with cornstarch. Shake the bowl of berries until they are all coated in a thin, starchy layer.
Place apple slices on the bottom of the prepared pan and fill with half the batter. Add berries and remaining dough. Smooth the top of the pie with a spatula and bake for 30-35 minutes. Leave the finished pie in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a plate.
