Oatmeal pie with berries is a real find for those who try to avoid products containing gluten. Oats do not contain this complex protein, but they do contain a large amount of fiber, such essential microelements as magnesium and zinc, and a lot of vitamin E. But this is just one side of the coin, because we are not making medicine but a dessert! Bake the oatmeal pie with berries once, and it will become a frequent dish on your table. Because it is perfect! Its crispy crust melts in your mouth, baked berries explode like fireworks on your tongue, and it leaves a pleasant nutty aftertaste.

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the rack on the middle level. Prepare a mold with a diameter of 24-26 cm. Grease the bottom and sides of the mold with softened butter, dust with flour and shake off excess.
Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance and place it in a bowl. The butter needs to become soft. Pour regular and vanilla sugar into a bowl, add a small pinch of salt.
Using a mixer, beat the butter and sugar into a fluffy mass. The sugar crystals should completely dissolve. Add an egg to the butter mixture, add baking powder and lemon juice. Beat again with a mixer.
Place the nuts on a board and chop into fine crumbs with a heavy knife. You can simply put the nuts in a bag and crush them with a rolling pin. Add nuts to bowl with butter mixture.
Pour oatmeal into the dough and mix gently. You can mix the dough with a mixer, silicone spatula or fork. The dough should be crumbly.
Remove sepals, petioles and leaves from the berries, rinse with cold water, dry and place in a bowl. Add starch and sugar and mix gently. Try not to mash the berries.
Scatter half of the oatmeal batter into the bottom of the pan, add all the berries and spread the remaining batter. Place the pan in the oven and bake the cake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown. Cool the cake in the pan.
