Nests with chicken in the oven are an original recipe of pasta made from long noodles, twisted into the shape of a bird's nest. To help the tagliatelle nests soak up the creamy sauce well, cover the dish with foil and bring it to half-readiness in the oven. Then remove the foil, add cheese, and continue cooking until a golden cheese crust forms. This way, your baked pasta will turn out very appetizing and delicious! Prepare a filling of smoked chicken - this will add an interesting flavor to the dish. Be sure to garnish the finished nests with green basil and serve with cherry tomatoes.

Trim the meat from the smoked chicken leg and chop it finely. Set aside for a while. Cut the garlic into slices. Separate the large basil leaves from the stems and chop them; set aside the small leaves to decorate the finished dish.
Preheat the oven to 180°C and place a rack on the middle rack. Grease a heat-resistant dish measuring 25x25 cm with a small amount of vegetable oil.
Heat the remaining vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic to the pan and cook for 20 seconds. until a noticeable aroma appears.
Pour the cream into the frying pan and add the cream cheese. Add chopped basil, salt and pepper and cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes.
Place the nests in the prepared form. Place chopped chicken in each and pour sauce from the pan until the pasta is completely covered. If there is not enough sauce, add a little more cream or water. Cover the pan with foil and place in the oven.
Bake the nests for 20-25 minutes. Remove the pan and remove the foil. Sprinkle the nests with grated cheese and return the pan to the oven. Bake without foil for another 10 minutes. The cheese should melt and lightly brown.
Divide the pasta into bowls and garnish each serving with the reserved basil leaves. If desired, add halved cherry tomatoes and serve immediately.
