How to fry potatoes on an electric grill? Very simple, quick, and, in our opinion, much more convenient than in a frying pan, as the cook has to constantly stand by the stove, stirring the contents. Additionally, when grilling, oil is not required, which reduces the dish's calorie content. And if you cook the potatoes on the grill with the addition of Provencal herbs and dried garlic, they will turn out extraordinarily delicious and aromatic. Just remember to slice the potatoes not too thick and not too thin: in the first case, they may remain raw in the middle, and in the second case, they may burn.

Prepare ingredients and electric grill. Peel the potatoes and wash them. Cut into slices at least 1 cm thick. Transfer to a large bowl.
Salt and pepper the potatoes in a bowl. Sprinkle with garlic and dried herbs de Provence. Drizzle with olive oil and stir to distribute the seasonings evenly throughout the potato slices. Leave for 15 minutes.
Preheat your electric grill according to the appliance instructions. Lay out some of the potato slices. Close the grill and cook for 12 minutes. Open the grill. Place the browned potato slices on a plate. Let the rest fry for three minutes.
Place the potato slices on a plate and set aside in a warm place until serving. Prepare the rest in the same way. Serve with any sauce or as a side dish for meat, fish, or poultry.
