How to cook a broccoli omelette in the oven? It's easy and not too time-consuming, so this dish can easily be served for breakfast (you'll find a detailed recipe below). Even if you don't really like boiled broccoli, in an omelette it takes on a more delicate "flavor." Thus, you get both a healthy and very tasty dish. It will be even more appetizing if you sprinkle it with grated cheese, hard or semi-hard, before baking. The dish takes about 15 minutes to cook, but it's better to keep an eye on the process as different ovens can work differently.

Eggs - 4 pcs.
Milk - 170 ml
Cheddar cheese shredded - 80 g
Dried garlic - ½ tsp.
Dried herbs to taste - ½ tsp.
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Prepare the omelette ingredients. Separate broccoli into florets. Pour 1 liter of water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add a little salt. Add broccoli florets. Bring to a boil again and cook for 4 minutes. Drain in a colander and rinse with very cold water several times.
Break the eggs into a bowl. Add milk and whisk lightly. Season with salt and pepper. Add dried garlic, herbs, salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly.
Grease an omelet pan with a diameter of 18 cm with vegetable oil. Place broccoli florets in it (pre-divide large ones into smaller ones).
Pour the egg-milk mixture over the broccoli in the pan. Sprinkle with grated cheese and lightly press down the cheese using a silicone spatula. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Place the pan with the broccoli in the egg-milk mixture on the middle rack of the oven. Bake the omelette for 15 minutes. It should turn out fluffy, elastic, with a golden brown crust on top.
Serve the hot broccoli omelette directly in the pan. The dish can be sprinkled with chopped herbs (parsley or dill) and supplemented with fresh tomatoes.
