Pizza in the microwave in 5 minutes is an express option when there's no time to cook. This baking is perfect for breakfast and can also be taken as a quick snack. Instead of dough, you can use ready-made tortilla wraps or toast bread as a base. You can always choose the toppings to your taste. For example, take sliced meat, tomatoes, olives, and well-melting cheese without milk fat substitutes, and if desired, add pickles or fresh mushrooms. It will be delicious in any case!

Place the tortilla on a flat plate in which you will cook the pizza in the microwave. Brush the tortilla with tomato sauce and sprinkle with oregano and pepper if desired.
Let the tortilla soak in the sauce for at least 10 minutes. Cut the champignons vertically into 2-3 slices. Cut the mozzarella balls into circles, 5 mm thick.
Grate the cheese (Gouda, Russian, etc.) on a fine grater. Chop the sweet pepper into thin strips, cut the onion into thin feathers or half rings, 2-3 mm thick.
Collect the pizza. Sprinkle tortilla with tomato sauce with grated cheese, arrange mushrooms, onions, bell peppers and mozzarella on top in a chaotic manner. Sprinkle a little oregano.
Microwave the pizza at 700 to 750 watts for 5 minutes until the cheese is completely melted. You may need to add a few more minutes, just don't increase the power, otherwise the pizza will dry out. Serve, garnished with arugula leaves.
