The recipe for classic mayonnaise will allow you to get a very delicious, natural sauce without any artificial additives, which are often found in store-bought ones. And in general, homemade is always better! This mayonnaise is incredibly quick and easy to make: you just mix the ingredients with an immersion blender or mixer. After that, you can immediately use the sauce as you wish — for dressing salads, as a dip for croutons and vegetable sticks, or as an ingredient in other dishes.

Mustard - 1 tsp.
Lemon juice - 2 tsp.

Prepare all mayonnaise ingredients. Place the yolks in a glass or ceramic bowl, cover with film and leave at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Add mustard, lemon juice, sea salt and ground black pepper to taste to the yolks in a bowl. Mix with an immersion blender or mixer (30 seconds).
Measure out 100 ml of vegetable oil. Pour it into the bowl with the yolks, one tablespoon at a time, without stopping beating at high speed. The process will take 5-7 minutes. The mayonnaise should thicken.
Add the remaining oil and warm water. Whisk again. Place the finished mayonnaise in a glass jar with a screw-on lid. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
