Steamed chicken breast cutlets are a super popular dietary dish. They are very healthy and perfect for anyone following a proper nutrition regimen, as well as for children. It is often believed that chicken breast is too dry, so tasty cutlets cannot be made from it, but this is not the case, and our recipe is proof of that. The secret to juicy cutlets lies in adding finely chopped zucchini to the mince. This gives the mince a looser texture and makes the cutlets very rich, delicious, and healthy.

Prepare minced chicken fillet. It is best to chop it with a knife rather than using a meat grinder. To make it easier to chop, put the fillet in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Prepare vegetables for steamed chicken cutlets. Grate the zucchini on the finest grater and lightly squeeze out the juice with your hands. Cut the onion into very small cubes, pass the garlic through a press.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and add onion. Sauté, stirring occasionally, for 4-5 minutes. Add garlic to the pan, mix with onion and sauté for another 2 minutes.
Place the sautéed onions and garlic in a sieve to drain excess oil. Add chopped zucchini, fried vegetables and starch to a bowl with minced chicken.
Season with salt and pepper and mix the minced meat thoroughly. You need to knead it for at least 5 minutes. After this, beat the minced meat thoroughly. This is necessary so that all the ingredients are properly mixed.
Make several cutlets of the size you need from the minced meat. Do this with your hands soaked in cold water. Grease the steamer pans with vegetable oil and place the cutlets. Steam for 15 minutes.
