Strawberry crumble is one of those desserts that you can make at any time of the year, for any occasion, and for any group. It's very easy to make, requiring neither a long list of ingredients nor a significant amount of time. Plus, it looks very beautiful! Traditionally, crumble is served with ice cream. And you can infinitely watch how it slowly melts over the warm strawberry filling. Believe me, that's a pleasure in itself! Another bonus is that strawberry crumble is easy to transport, so you can visit friends or family not empty-handed, but with a dessert that is both delicious and visually appealing!

Preheat oven to 190°C. Separate the sepals from the strawberries. Cut large berries into 2-4 parts, leave small ones whole. Melt the butter and cool to room temperature.
Place the berries in a bowl, sprinkle with starch and stir with a spatula. Add sugar, orange juice and mix again. Leave the filling for 5 minutes. During this time, the sugar should completely dissolve.
In another bowl, combine flour and oatmeal, add sugar, salt and cinnamon, add vanilla sugar. Mix the ingredients thoroughly with a spatula.
Pour the butter into the bowl and stir to form crumbs. It is convenient to use a fork for this purpose. The oatmeal should be completely covered in oil.
Transfer the strawberry filling into a heatproof dish measuring 18x22 or 16x16 cm. Sprinkle the filling with dough crumbs, distributing them evenly over the entire surface of the pan.
Place the pan on the middle rack of the oven and bake for 35 minutes. The filling should begin to bubble around the edges of the pan and the crumbs should begin to brown. Remove the crumble from the oven and cool slightly. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
