Prepare the slow cooker and ingredients.
Turn on the “Multi-cook” mode, set the temperature to 160°C. Wash the potatoes thoroughly, place in a slow cooker, add water and cook in their skins until tender, 25 minutes. Drain the water, let the potatoes cool, then peel and cut into 1 cm thick longitudinal slices.
Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Wash the greens, dry them and chop them. Cut the cucumbers into thin slices, fish into small pieces.
Place potato slices in the bottom of the multicooker bowl, season lightly with salt and pepper and drizzle with oil. Place onions, cucumbers and pieces of fish on top, sprinkle with parsley and dill.
Whip the cream with mustard and coat the resulting mixture with vegetables and fish. Cut the cheese into 0.5 cm thick slices and place on top so that the entire surface is covered. Close the lid and cook for 30 minutes, setting the temperature to 120°C.
The fish crusted with cheese is ready.
