This composition is completed with lemon juice and sugar syrup. Purple basil, which is part of the drink's recipe, is a special addition. It has a milder taste compared to green basil and will give the "Red Rose" cocktail extra freshness and a pleasant aroma. Serve "Red Rose" in tall glasses, optionally on a stem such as a "flute."

Add syrup and lime juice to freshly brewed hibiscus, stir and cool.
Mash the basil leaves in a mortar and leave a couple of sprigs for serving. Add crushed ice and transfer to tall glasses.
In a shaker, shake the prepared tea, rum and fruit juice well, pour into glasses, garnish with basil.
