The gin is blue, but the cocktail turns out bright red! How is that possible? It's all due to the berry syrup and oat milk, which give the drink its color, and it also includes martini. The syrup adds sweetness without being cloying. The combination of austere martini with original, pine and spice-filled gin is already a classic—no wonder James Bond preferred such a drink. Gin, in principle, is rich in combinations and gastronomically versatile: it's interesting not only with martini vermouth but also with cola, juice, ice, and even bergamot tea. The cocktail can be served in a glass with a thin, elegant stem.
