Mix honey and sugar in a saucepan, put on low heat and cook for 10-12 minutes.
Fry sesame seeds in a dry, heated frying pan, stirring constantly, until golden brown, 1–2 minutes. Add sesame seeds to the honey mixture and stir.
Lightly moisten a large sheet of parchment with water. Spoon the resulting mixture, smooth the surface and let cool. Cut the kozinaki into neat squares or diamonds and separate from the parchment.
