Peel the pears, cut them in half and remove the core. Boil 500 ml of water in a saucepan, add sugar.
Place pears in syrup. Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes. Let cool in syrup. Place the pears on paper towels and place in the refrigerator. Strain the syrup from the pears, separate 100 ml and soak the gelatin in it. When the gelatin swells, heat it until completely dissolved, without bringing to a boil and stirring. Let cool slightly.
Mash the blue cheese with a fork and mix with the cream cheese and gelatin until smooth. Divide the mass into 3 equal parts.
Cover a rectangular pan with cling film. Place the first layer of cheese mixture and place half of the pears on top. Place a layer of cheese again, then pears. Cover with the last layer of cheese, level the surface and refrigerate for 6 hours. Then carefully remove the appetizer from the mold, turn it over onto a plate and remove the film. Cut into portions.
