Wash the peaches, dry them, remove the pits. Cut the pulp into slices. Place half of the seeds in a mortar and crush.
Place peaches, sugar and crushed pits in a large glass jar. Stir and add alcohol. Cover the jar with gauze and leave for 7–10 days at room temperature
After the specified time, strain the liquid through a fine sieve and squeeze out the pulp. Filter the tincture through a linen towel and bottle it.
