Let the almonds sit for 3 minutes. into boiling water. Drain in a colander, rinse with cold water and remove the skin. Place peeled almonds in a food processor and grind into flour. Soak the gelatin in a small amount of warm boiled water and let it swell.
Boil milk with 80 g of powdered sugar and almonds. Remove from heat immediately. Leave for 10 minutes.
Strain almond milk into a bowl.
Squeeze the gelatin, add to warm milk, stir until completely dissolved.
Pour into 4 serving molds. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Wash the berries and dry them. Set aside a few berries for decoration, and grind the rest into a puree along with the remaining powdered sugar. Remove the blancmange from the molds, pour over the berry puree. Decorate with the berries.
