Prepare all the ingredients for the dish. Toast the pine nuts in a dry frying pan and let cool. Sort the strawberries, rinse carefully with cold water, then dry on a paper towel.
Remove the stems and sepals from the berries. Cut the strawberries into slices and place in a well-heated frying pan greased with butter. Fry very quickly so that the berries do not lose their shape.
Add powdered sugar and cognac. Keep on high heat for one minute. Place the roasted strawberries on a plate and sprinkle with freshly ground pink pepper. Spread ice cream on top, pour strawberry sauce on top, and garnish with pine nuts.
