Peel the potatoes, cut lengthwise into quarters, cook in salted boiling water until tender, drain and dry.
For the dressing, finely chop the dill and garlic, mix with sour cream and horseradish, pepper and salt.
Remove the salmon fillet from the skin, cut the flesh into large cubes, season with salt and pepper.
Peel the onion and cut into half rings, zucchini into small cubes. Lightly fry the onion in oil, 3 minutes. Add zucchini, fry for 3-4 minutes. Add potatoes and fry for 5 minutes.
Add fish, cook, stirring gently, 3-4 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon zest and let stand covered for 2-3 minutes. and serve with sauce.
