Can chak-chak be made with condensed milk? Why not, especially since many people prefer this variant even more than the classic one made with honey syrup. It seems to us that condensed milk is very appropriate for chak-chak: thanks to it, in addition to the obvious sweetness, pleasant milky notes appear in the dessert's flavor. Moreover, it causes allergies less often than honey! Just try to purchase natural condensed milk for making chak-chak, without added vegetable fats: this kind will better bind the "sticks" and adhere to them.
