Steamed beef patties are very tender and delicious! Moreover, they are a healthy and dietary option for preparing beef patties. Cuts like shoulder or brisket are perfect for the minced meat. To make the patties truly fluffy and soft, you should also use crushed zucchini, grated carrots, pumpkin puree, or any other vegetable ingredient. By the way, if you are not a big fan of onions in patties, try roasting them first, then blending them, and only then adding them to the minced meat.

Remove ground beef 30 minutes before cooking. Grind the garlic through a press or chop very finely with a knife. Cut the onion into small cubes. Grate the zucchini on a fine grater and squeeze it a little with your hands.
Heat the vegetable oil in a thick-bottomed frying pan, add the onion and fry it over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 6-7 minutes until translucent.
Add garlic to the pan with the onions. Cook, stirring occasionally, for another 2-3 minutes. If you don’t want excess fat in the cutlets, then place the finished sauté on a sieve to allow the oil to drain.
Transfer ground beef to a deep bowl. Add zucchini, onion and garlic sauté, paprika, coriander and starch to the meat. Salt, pepper and knead the minced meat for at least 5-7 minutes.
Beat the minced meat against the bottom or sides of the bowl at least 15 times and leave to steep for 10 minutes. Pour cold water into a clean bowl. Dip your hands in water and form into patties of your desired size.
If desired, grease the steamer trays with vegetable oil. Place the cutlets on trays and place in a preheated steamer. Cook the cutlets for 30-40 minutes depending on their size.
