Many ask how to dye eggs with red cabbage, and we've decided to describe this process in detail (see recipe below). There's nothing complicated about it, and the result is quite impressive. If you leave the eggs in the cabbage broth for a short time, they will turn blue. If you leave them longer, they will turn purple. These eggs look magnificent, especially when placed next to others colored in red, green, and yellow. A festive Easter mood is guaranteed! What is particularly nice is that our dye is entirely natural, so adults and children can eat these eggs without any worries.

Prepare all ingredients. Peel the red cabbage from the outer leaves and chop coarsely. Place in a saucepan, add water until they are completely covered, and bring to a boil. Cook for 30 minutes over low heat. Let the cabbage cool completely in the broth.
Wash intact eggs (without cracks). Place in a saucepan. Fill with water. Place over medium heat and bring to a boil. Boil the eggs for no more than 10 minutes.
Strain the cabbage broth into a bowl or saucepan. Add vinegar and stir. Drop the hard-boiled eggs. Keep them in the cabbage broth for 30 minutes to 8 hours (the longer, the more intense the color will be).
Remove the eggs and place on a wire rack. When they are dry, brush with refined vegetable oil and place on a plate. Decorate as desired and serve on the holiday table.
