The result exceeds all expectations! You will get those "shimmering" eggs, images of which have simply "taken over" social networks in recent years. Moreover, you don't need to buy very expensive wine for dyeing: the most budget-friendly option will do, even the kind sold in cardboard packaging. The main thing is to strictly follow the recipe and not rush! If you do everything correctly, you will be very satisfied.

Prepare the eggs. Make sure there are no cracks on them, otherwise they will burst during cooking. Wash them gently with warm running water. Leave at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
Pour the wine into the pan. Place prepared eggs. Place over medium heat and bring to a boil. Cook for 10 minutes (no more, otherwise the yolk will acquire an ugly gray shell).
Remove the pan with the eggs in red wine from the heat. Leave for 8 hours at room temperature. During this time, the egg shells will acquire a more saturated color.
Using a slotted spoon, remove the eggs from the pan with the wine onto 2-3 layers of paper towels. Let dry and transfer to a plate. The incredibly beautiful shimmering eggs are ready.
