Basil or parsley - 2 bunch

Cut the peppers lengthwise into quarters, remove the stem and seeds. Brush each quarter with oil, place on a baking sheet, skin side up, and place under the grill as hot as possible. Bake until skin is blackened, 5 to 10 minutes. Place in a bowl, cover and leave for about 10 minutes. Then peel off the skin.
Grind the olives, garlic, basil and nuts in a blender, season with salt and pepper.
Brush each piece of pepper with the nut mixture and roll into logs. Wrap each roll with a slice of bacon. Place the rolls in a heatproof pan, lightly greased with oil. Bake in a 220°C oven until the bacon is lightly browned, 20–25 minutes. Serve hot.
