Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions, reducing cooking time by 1 minute.
Without peeling, cut the zucchini into medium strips and chop the garlic. Fry the vegetables in a deep frying pan over medium heat with olive oil, 4–5 minutes. Reduce heat and add zest. Warm up, 1 minute.
Add cheese and cream to the contents of the pan. Stir. Season with salt and pepper.
