Smoked pork ribs - 1 kg
Semi-smoked pork sausages - 600 g
Kvass Ochakovsky - 500 ml
Sour cream 40% (fatty) - 200 g
Hard boiled eggs - 3 pcs.
Potato - 3 pcs.
Carrot - 2 pcs.
Garlic - 3 clove
Parsley - 5 bunch
Bay leaf - 2 pcs.
Horseradish grated table - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste

Cut the ribs along the rib, pour in 3 liters of cold water, bring to a boil, skim off the foam. Add the parsley stems and simmer for about an hour until the meat is tender.
Cut the sausage into thick slices, carrots into half circles, potatoes into cubes. Add sausage and carrots to the pan with the ribs, and after 10 minutes, add the potatoes. Cook for another 20 minutes until the vegetables are done. Transfer the meat and vegetables to a bowl and strain the broth into a clean saucepan.
Add kvass and bay leaf to the broth, season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 5–10 minutes. Mix sour cream with chopped garlic and horseradish, gradually add to the broth. Bring to a boil and immediately remove from heat.
Place ribs, sausage, vegetables and sliced eggs on plates. Pour in the broth and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
