For a Caesar salad with shrimp, you need very few of the actual shrimp. The main roles here are played by the crispy, juicy romaine lettuce leaves, as well as the dressing. And don't forget the Parmesan. And croutons. Be sure to make the dressing yourself; don't buy the ready-made kind, as it won't be any good. And if you aim for real quality, you can't do without anchovies. That way, what may seem like a mundane salad will become the true emperor of your table—whether for everyday meals or festive occasions.

To prepare Caesar with shrimp, peel them (if in shells), leaving the tails on the shrimp. Salt and pepper the shrimp. Remove the crusts from the bread, cut the crumb into 2-3 cm squares (but you can tear it into arbitrary pieces with your hands, it’s even more interesting) and lay it out on the work surface to dry a little.
For the dressing, crush, peel and finely chop the garlic. Place the egg, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, anchovies, salt and sugar in a tall, narrow immersion blender glass. Pour in 100 g of oil and beat with an immersion blender at medium speed for 20-25 seconds. Add another 100 g of oil, beat for another 15–20 seconds. Finally, add the remaining oil and whisk the mixture into a thick emulsion.
To fry the shrimp, pour oil into a large frying pan, add crushed garlic clove, and place over medium heat. Once the garlic begins to brown, remove it and add the shrimp to the pan. Fry for 2 minutes. from each side.
Then transfer the shrimp to a plate, place the bread in the frying pan and fry it until golden brown on all sides. Place the finished bread on crumpled paper towels to remove excess oil.
For romaine, remove outer damaged and limp leaves. Disassemble the head of cabbage into leaves, tear large ones with your hands into pieces convenient for eating. Place them in a bowl, mix with 2 tbsp with your hands. l. gas stations, no more. Divide the dressed Romano among plates.
Place shrimp and croutons on lettuce leaves, sprinkle with parmesan shavings (it’s convenient to cut the cheese with a paring knife). Serve the remaining sauce separately.
