Look at how beautiful and bright the turkey skewers in vegetable breading look. Moreover, this visually unique dish is made from quite accessible ingredients. First, the turkey (use fillet, although it's not crucial), cut into small cubes, is threaded onto skewers. Then the skewers need to be dipped in egg (which will hold the breading) and rolled in a mixture of dried grated vegetables (carrots, zucchini, eggplant) with the addition of crushed nuts and grilled. It's that simple! Such skewers are great for a country lunch, a buffet, or a family celebration in the outdoors.
