First, the turkey (use fillet, although it's not crucial), cut into small cubes, is threaded onto skewers. Then the skewers need to be dipped in egg (which will hold the breading) and rolled in a mixture of dried grated vegetables (carrots, zucchini, eggplant) with the addition of crushed nuts and grilled. It's that simple! Such skewers are great for a country lunch, a buffet, or a family celebration in the outdoors. Fill 8 wooden skewers with cold water and leave for 30 minutes. Heat the coals in the grill or on the grill. Grease the grate with oil and place it over the coals at a height of 12–14 cm.
Grind the nuts with a blender in the “pulse” mode or chop them into small crumbs with a knife. In a large bowl, combine nuts and dried vegetables, add salt and ground pepper. Mix thoroughly. In another bowl, beat the egg.
Cut the turkey into 3cm cubes and thread onto skewers. Dip the skewers in the egg and roll in the nut mixture. Press the breading with your hands. Place the kebabs on the grill, drizzle with vegetable oil and grill for 15 minutes. Turn the turkey skewers every 5 minutes to brown the skewers on all sides.
