Grilled meat assortment is an ideal recipe for a picnic with a large group, where everyone can choose exactly what they like or try all kinds of meat. Prepare classic pork kebabs, kupaty or sausages, and pieces of tender chicken or turkey liver wrapped in bacon, and serve them on a sheet of lavash with vegetables and greens. Complement the dish with sauces and pickles to your liking. Warmed up flatbreads or pitas can be served separately.

Marinate the meat in advance. Cut the pork into cubes with a side of 4 cm. Cut the onion into thick rings. Place the onions and meat in a large bowl, add mayonnaise and the juice of half a lemon. Season with black pepper and stir. Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
Prepare the liver. Remove fat and large veins from the liver, rinse with cool water and dry with paper towels. Place the liver in a bowl and sprinkle with pepper. Wrap each piece in a strip of bacon and secure with wooden skewers.
Preheat the grill. Grease the grate with vegetable oil and place it at a distance of 11–12 cm from the coals. Thread pork and onion pieces onto skewers. Place the skewers on the grill and cook the kebab for about 25 minutes. Turn skewers every 5 minutes. Remove from grill and transfer to a plate.
Place the bacon-wrapped liver on the grill. Grill for 12 minutes, turning frequently to brown the bacon and cook the liver. Transfer the liver to a plate.
Place the kupats on the grill grate. Cook for 10–12 minutes, turning several times so that the kupats brown evenly on all sides.
On a large board on a sheet of pita bread, place skewers with pork shish kebab, next to them place the liver and kupats, cut into 2 cm thick circles. Garnish with herbs and serve with fresh vegetables.
