Grilled steak with flatbread is a fantastic and unconventional option for a party with friends. Thinly sliced grilled steak is served in a warm flatbread with fresh avocado, tomatoes, radishes, and a light yogurt sauce with herbs. This dish is convenient to eat with your hands, making it perfect for a picnic. Vegetables and sauce can be prepared in advance at home and taken with you, while at the picnic, all you need to do is slice the meat and assemble the flatbreads.

Pat steaks dry with paper towels. Season with salt, freshly ground black pepper and brush with olive oil on all sides. Leave the steaks for 20 minutes.
Preheat the grill and grease the grate with olive oil. Add steaks and cook for 4 minutes. Flip to the other side and continue cooking for another 3 minutes. Transfer the steaks to a wooden board and cover with foil for 5-7 minutes.
Cut the avocado lengthwise, remove the pit, and remove the peel. Cut the pulp into slices and sprinkle with lemon juice. Cut radishes into thin circles, tomatoes into slices. Cut the steaks across the grain into slices 1–1.5 cm thick.
Chop the cilantro and mix with yogurt, add salt.
Place tortillas on grill grate and grill for 1 minute. Fill tortillas with steak, tomato, avocado and radish slices. Add sauce and cilantro leaves. Serve immediately.
