Thaw the crab legs. Clean the phalanges from the shell, remove the chitinous plates, and disassemble the meat into large pieces.
For the dressing, peel the ginger and garlic and grate on a fine grater. Mix all dressing ingredients and pour over crabmeat.
Fry sesame seeds in a dry frying pan until lightly darkened, place on a plate.
Peel the avocado and cut into large slices. Cut the cucumbers into thin strips. Place cucumbers and avocado on plates, top with crab and dressing, sprinkle with sesame seeds, garnish with microgreens and serve.
