Young cabbage with stuffing in the oven opens the season for summer dishes. We have prepared an excellent recipe that allows you to easily treat your loved ones to a tasty, healthy, and, importantly, light dinner. This is because young cabbage, like all early seasonal vegetables, is full of freshness, vitamins, and an extraordinary taste that we somewhat forget over the winter. It is very important to use young cabbage for this dish. It is prepared using the method of stuffed cabbage rolls, but much faster to prevent the stuffing from drying out. The cabbage leaves with stuffing are rolled into tubes, and during baking, the sauce thoroughly saturates the turkey stuffing. Additionally, there is no rice in this recipe, which is a big plus for many who are watching their figure!

Finely chop the greens and garlic. Disassemble the cabbage into leaves and blanch them in boiling salted water for 2–2.5 minutes. – the leaves should become less rigid. Chop the smallest leaves after blanching.
Peel the onion, chop finely and fry in butter. Mix minced meat, herbs, fried onions and chopped cabbage.
Preheat oven to 170°C. Grease a deep baking dish with oil. Wrap the minced meat in blanched cabbage leaves, rolling them into a tube open at both ends. Place the rolls in the mold.
Mix sour cream with 180 ml of water, add salt and pepper, pour into a mold and bake in the oven for 20–25 minutes. Serve hot.
