Preparing the mousse. Place cod liver, cream, gelatin and broth in a blender and beat thoroughly. Then rub the resulting mixture through a sieve and pour into the mold. Place in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
Cooking caviar. Evaporate the port twice, mix with agate and drop drop by drop into cold vegetable oil. Carefully catch the resulting eggs from the glass with a teaspoon.
Innings. Remove the mousse from the mold and place it on a slice of Borodino bread of the appropriate shape. You can decorate the top with potato chips or just herbs. Decorate with orange and tomato slices and lastly add port wine caviar. Bon appetit!
