A warm salad with squid and apple will surprise you with its original combination of ingredients, which, oddly enough, create a very harmonious flavor "bouquet." The salad is both quick and simple to prepare, so you can try out this recipe even on weekdays. You will need apples and fresh cucumbers, which should be cut into strips. And, of course, squid: they are quickly fried in olive oil with the addition of a fragrant sauce with parsley and lemon. After that, you only need to mix the prepared ingredients with salad leaves and drizzle with a mustard-honey dressing. Give it a try!

Prepare a dressing for a warm salad with squid and apples. Place all the dressing ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake vigorously several times.
Wash the apples for the salad, remove the skin and seeds. Cut into large strips and sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent them from darkening. Cut the cucumbers into the same cubes. Sprinkle with lemon juice and pepper.
Wash the parsley, dry it well and tear off the leaves from the branches. Finely chop and place in a bowl. Peel the garlic and crush it with a knife. Combine with parsley in a bowl.
Add the lemon zest and mash everything together with a pestle or spoon. Wash the lettuce leaves, dry them and place them on plates along with the apples and cucumbers.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Fry the squid on both sides for a minute. Add parsley, garlic and lemon mixture. Fry for about two minutes. Place the squid on plates.
Shake the jar of salad dressing again to form a light emulsion. Pour it over the ingredients and serve the dish immediately. Decorate as desired.
