And, of course, squid: they are quickly fried in olive oil with the addition of a fragrant sauce with parsley and lemon. Step 1

Prepare a dressing for a warm salad with squid and apples. Place all the dressing ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake vigorously several times.

Wash the apples for the salad, remove the skin and seeds. Cut into large strips and sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent them from darkening. Cut the cucumbers into the same cubes. Sprinkle with lemon juice and pepper.
