Cream 20% - optional - 400 ml

Prepare the shrimp. Wash them and remove their shells. You can leave the tails. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Wash the cilantro and parsley and remove the leaves from the branches. Chop finely.
Heat the olive oil and butter in a large, heavy-bottomed frying pan. Place the onion in it and fry until transparent (about five minutes). Add turmeric and stir.
Add shrimp to the pan with the onions. Cook, stirring, over high heat until the shrimp change color. Pour in lemon juice and add herbs. Simmer for a minute.
Pour in the cream, salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil and simmer over high heat until slightly thickened. During this time, wash the lettuce leaves and dry them well.
Place hot shrimp on serving plates. Add salad mix and serve immediately. Each serving of shrimp can be accompanied with a large slice of lemon.
