Grilled chicken or prepared meat - 350 g
Cheddar cheese - 150 g
Fat sour cream (at least 20, and preferably 30%) - 100 g
Tomato (tomato) - 1 pcs.
Canned corn - 50 g
Scallion - 30 g
cilantro - 4 bunch
Hot sauce or jalapeno - to taste
Refined vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
Ground black pepper - to taste

Remove the chicken meat from the bones and disassemble into fibers. Finely chop the skin. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Thinly slice the greens. Cut the tomato into small cubes, removing the liquid and seeds.
Spread half of each flatbread with sour cream and pepper. Place the chicken on the sour cream, sprinkle with chopped tomatoes, herbs and corn.
Top with jalapeno rings or chili sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese and cover with the other half of the tortilla. Press gently but firmly.
Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil, add the tortillas and fry over medium-low heat, covered, until the bottom is browned. Turn over and fry on the second side, adding a little more oil if necessary.
