Quesadilla is a traditional Mexican hot tortilla with a "rich" filling. To prepare it in about 15 minutes, use pre-cooked meat. Remove the chicken meat from the bones and disassemble into fibers. Finely chop the skin. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
